If you are still using version 4.x, then you will need to buy both upgrades - from v4.x to v5.0 and then to v5.5; each upgrade is priced as per the Licence Calculator . For anyone using version 3.5 or earlier, it will be less expensive to buy a new v5.5 system than pay the cost of multiple upgrades.
